Pallet and sheet inserters

Machines for inserting a single pallet or layer of pallets, and machines for inserting the upper and lower protective sheet

Single pallet inserter

  • Machine for inserting a single pallet on a single batch
  • Robotic gripper for vertical gripping on stack of pallets and positioning of the same with pusher
  • Safety systems divided between machine body and warehouse in such a way that the production flow does not stop when the warehouses are loaded under the robots

Double pallet inserter

  • Machine for inserting two pallets under two bales at the same time or inserting layer of pallets under a larger baler
  • The standard version provides for the management of identical pallets and bales that enter the machine at the same time. The advanced version allows the independent management of pushers and joggers in order to use bales and pallets of different sizes
  • Robotic gripper for double vertical gripping on stack of pallets and positioning with side and front pushers
  • Safety systems divided between machine body and warehouse in such a way that the production flow does not stop when the warehouses are loaded under the robots

Sheet inserter

  • Machines for the automated insertion of sheets and protection boards of the top and bottom bale
  • Two types:
  1. From above: insertion of the sheet and / or wooden board from above to cover and fully protect the bale.
    Robotic gripper for vertical gripping on stack of sheets and / or tables with suction cup system and side safety lock.
    Safety systems divided between the machine body and the warehouse in such a way that the production flow does not stop when the warehouses are loaded under the robots.
    The positioning of the sheet and / or table is done directly by the gripper on the ballotto.

  2. From below: insertion of protective sheets on both sides of the bale from below. Sheet size: 800x300.
    Side magazines for loading the sheets with automatic pick-up by means of trolleys with a suction cup system for positioning under the stack.
    Safety systems divided between the machine body and the magazines in such a way that the production flow does not stop when the magazines are loaded.
